Cori A. Reed, MA


Therapist
Psychology Intern


Cori Reed earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology  from Elizabethtown College and a Master of Arts  in Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University.


Cori is currently working on her second Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Penn State University and is completing her internship with Stauffer Psychological Services.  

Jessica Hoover
, BA

Psychology Intern

Jessica Hoover earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and a concentration in Children and Families from Bloomsburg University. Jessica is currently working on her Master’s degree in Social Work at Widener University and is completing her internship with Stauffer Psychological Services.  

Jessica has experience working with children who are survivors of abuse and/or neglect. She has also provided counseling to adults and children who are victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Jessica’s clinical interests include treating trauma, anxiety disorders, and grief and loss counseling.




Jodi Fike

Jodi Fike earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Bible and Counseling from Lancaster Bible College.
 
Jodi is currently one class away from finishing a Master's of Science Degree in Counseling from Shippensburg University.
 
Jodi has over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field with children, adults, and families. Her clinical interests include addiction, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and play therapy.


Katie Pollom, B.S.

Katie Pollom earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Lycoming College in 2009.

Katie is currently working on her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Penn State University and is completing her internship with Stauffer Psychological Services.

Katie's clinical interests are in child and family development, stress/trauma and coping, anxiety disorders, and play therapy.
Alix Dusel, B.A.

Alix Dusel earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from State University of New York at Geneseo.

Alix is currently working on her Master's degree in Clinical Psychologiy at Penn State University and is completing her internship with Stauffer Psychological Services.

Alix's clinical interests include trauma, anxiety and stress management, and grief counseling.

Jessica Wilson, B.A.

Jessica Wilson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Huntington University 

Jessica is currently working on her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Penn State. She is completing her practicum and internship at Stauffer Psychological Services.

Jessica's interests include marriage and family therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorders, stress and anxiety management, and play therapy.


Heather Gorr, B.S.

Psychology Intern


Heather Gorr earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2008. Heather is currently working on her Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University. She has 6 years experience in the human services field and is excited to be graduating in December so that she can be a full time therapist!

Heather’s clinical interests include depression, meaning of life concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, and play therapy.

Monique Talton, B.S.

Psychology Intern



Monique earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavior & Addictions Counseling Science from Drexel University in 2005.  She is completing her Masters work at Shippensburg University in Mental Health Counseling. Monique has Associate degree in Culinary Arts and an Associate equivalency in Nutrition.

Monique has worked with adolescents in a residential setting, autistic children in a school setting, and individuals with severe mental retardation. 

Monique's clinical interests are working with victimized and marginalized populations (bullying, physical/sexual abuse, senior citizens), as well as health psychology. 
Monique would like to pursue Post-Masters play therapy certification after graduating from Shippensburg Univesity.  Her other academic interests include researching / studying the effects of physical fitness on mental health and self-esteem.

Monique believes that achieving optimum health and life satisfaction requires a holistic focus; equal attention being paid to the mind, body, and spirit.

Monique continued to work at Stauffer Psychological Services after receiving her Master of Science Degree.

Laura Brehm, B.A.

Psychology Intern



Laura Brehm earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College in 2011. She is currently working toward a Masters degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Penn State Harrisburg and will be completing her practicum and internship at Stauffer Psychological Services.

Laura's clinical and research interests include play therapy, anxiety disorders in children and adolescents, music and the brain, and the relationship between stigma and help-seeking.

After earning her Masters degree, Laura hopes to enter a doctoral program to specialize in child clinical psychology.

Lauren Conley, B.S.

Psychology Intern


Lauren Conley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Penn State University-Harrisburg in 2010. She is currently working towards a Masters degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Penn State-Harrisburg and will be completing her practicum and internship at Stauffer Psychological Services.

Lauren’s clinical and research interests include play therapy, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and animal-assisted therapy.



Preeti Sandu, B.S., BA

Psychology Intern

Preeti Sandhu earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences Interdisciplinary from SUNY University of Buffalo in New York.

Preeti is currently working on her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Penn State. She is completing her internship at Stauffer Psychological Services. Preeti will be going on to complete her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Hartford in Connecticut.

Preeti’s interests include Autism Spectrum Disorders, play therapy, and trauma therapy with children and adolescents.


Lindsey Baker, B.S.

Lindsey Baker earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Louisiana State University.  Lindsey completed her pracicum and internship at Stauffer Psychological Services and finalizing her Master's degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Penn State. 

Lindsey continued to work as a therapist at Stauffer Psychological Services after her internship ended.  Her clinical Interests include play therapy, social phobia, anxiety disorders, and cognitive behavioral therapy.


Ryan Musser, B.A.

Therapist Intern





Ryan Musser earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Translation from Andrews University in Michigan in 2011.  

Ruan is currently working towards a Masters Degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Penn State - Harrisburg. He will be completing his practicum and internship at Stauffer Psychological Services.

Ryan's clinical and research interest include play therapy, animal assisted therapy, spirituality i psychotherapy, and family and marriage counseling.

Ryan continued to work at Susquehanna Psychological Services following his internship.

Jane Brajkovich, M.S.

Jane Brajkovich earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Family Health Counseling with a Graduate Certificate in Art Therapy at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. 

Previously, jane worked as a college career counselor.  she is interested in attachment theory, trauma, mindfulness, play therapy, positive psychology, and spirituality.

Jane's clinical experience has been with adult cancer patients and children in a residential treatment facility.  She is also a certified yoga instructor.

Amanda Ruzansky, B.S.

Amanda Ruzansky earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.  Amanda is currently working on her Master's Degree in Applied Clinical Psychology at Penn State University and is completing her internship with Susquehanna Psychological Services.


Amanda has experience working with children who have intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrom, and ADHD.  She also has experience with adolescents from diverse and socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Amanda's clinical interests include depression, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders.

Amanda Continued to work at Susquehanna Psychological Services after her internship ended.
